"It was a Friday afternoon and I was doing an oil change before our 9 day 3,000 mile ride. I took a closer look at my rear tire and didn't feel it had enough left on it to make the trip. "This Victory dealer is as good as it gets. My 2011 Cross Roads had a problem with the cruise during a cross country trip, and these guys did all that could be done for me, and then some. Easy going, friendly, and highly skilled techs took care of the problem that seemed to confound (3) other Victory dealers as I traveled. They showed me where the problem was, and told me what might prevent troubles in the future. And polished my bike when they were done! Fine showroom; all bikes - no ATV's, snowmobiles, or brush mowers. The store had the biggest collection of accessories I've ever seen, Thanks to the parts guy, too. "

"After an acident with my 2008 Victory Vision tour, I brought it to Arizona Victiory in Phoenix for repairs since they sold me the bike in 2008 and have performed all services. the damage was mostly cosmetic from laying the bike down after hitting a pipe on the road while traveling through Washington, I picked up my Vision this morning and was amazed how they made it look brand new again with new parts as well has buffing out the entire bike to show room condition, I have always recieved great service from them and will continue to trust in them for all service and repairs, special thanks to Crystal and Dan, Alex Sarandos "

"I bought a used Victory Touring Cruiser (my first Victory) in February. My experience with Mike and Nita during the sale was exceptional. There was no pressure at all. Just a genuine appreciation for the bikes they sell. Mike’s knowledge of the engineering behind the Victory lines is what finally sold me on Victory over other brands. The follow up after the sale was impressive. When the previous owner dropped off a spare key and a maintenance manual, Nita took the time to get it to me. As I mentioned, I purchased the bike used and it was my first Victory. Several questions came up for me and Ron in the service department took the time to help me get answers. "On a Thursday, the clutch cable broke on my 08 Kingpin Tour. I called AZ Victory in Tucson and talked to Ron at about 10 a.m. Ron had the part (which seems to NEVER be available in El Paso) and shipped it UPS ground that day. I got the cable early Friday evening and was back on the road the next day. You can't ask for better service and I'm now a loyal customer of AZ Victory. Thanks Ron! And now a tip. This clutch cable thing has happened to me three times on 2 different Kingpin Tours. One cable broke at 5,000 miles and the replacement did too. This cable broke after 9,000 miles. My new cable has been redesigned and eliminates the sharp-edged bushing at the lever end, so I expect it will last longer. It's also easier to adjust. But learn your lesson like I finally have. Lube those cable ends at the lever and tranny every time you change the oil. Don't go by what the owner's manual says, Those cables aren't cheap! I'm also going to buy the Save-ur-Ride cable repair kit and carry it with me so I don't get stranded again. Ride safe!"

"Ever kill your motorcycle when its 3 days to Sturgis? I did :( I know there are others out there who know the danger in changing your air filter. Thats right, I broke the fuel pump. "i purchased my 2008 Victory Vision new from Arizona Victory in Phoenix; allways recieve great service . Just returned from a road trip to Washington State , while riding up at Whidbey IIsland, Wa. traveling around a curve in the rain I struck a piece of steel pipe in the road , lost control and went down at about 35mph , I stayed with the bike and held on for the 25 ft skid on the left side anti tip points, as I was coming to a complete stop ; my Vision went down all the way causing the front fairing to crack. I got up with only a minor scrape on my hand , glove was shredded; but I was able to pick the bike with a little help from a person who stopped, I Bike was safe to ride, everything worked ; but the radio, I called my insurance and told them I wanted to wait and have repairs done my Arizona Victory when I return home ; they were ok with that so I continued my road trip down the California coast and home 3 days later. I feel very strongly that when I went down; the anti tips on my Vision kept all that weight off me and kept me out of the ER . my Vision is now with the Arizona Victory crew for a make over . "

Despite repeated claims that the problem couldn't exist and that the proposed repairs wouldn't resolve the situation, when the parts Dan recommended were replaced, the problem was immediately fixed. "I have a 2012 victory crosscountry with a unresolved alginment problem with the front end. After 3 months and 3 attempts with THE OTHER VICTORY GUYS ARIZONA the alignment issue was still not resolved. Ready to just give up, I discovered Arizona Victory/Tucson and within minutes of talking with them they knew what the problem was, scheduled me in for service at their Phoenix Store and fixed it in a timely manor. Also: Mike in Tucson sold me on their custom slammer exhaust and cubby rollback handlebars which I love. One more thing, while my bike was in their shop, I had to have shoulder surgery and could not ride it home, so they offered to deliver to my house in Gilbert. THATS WHAT I CALL FIVE STAR SERVICE! "There are few places I'd drive 250 miles out of my way for: Arizona Victory in Phoenix, Arizona, is one of them. I purchased a 2011 Cross Country from them, the dealer manager, and was so satisfied with the experience that I purchased an ADDITIONAL Cross Country Tour in 2012. The customer service and reasonable discount opportunities are unparalleled by any other dealer in the region. Arizona Victory is one of few dedicated Victory dealerships in Arizona. Although I live in Flagstaff, about 250 miles round trip, I don't hesitate to make the drive when I need service. Much like a typical Mercedes or Cadillac dealerships, Arizona Victory always gives their customers the "Red Carpet" treatment. I have ridden for many years and can testify that they are among the MOST experienced and knowledgeable motorcycle dealerships in the nation. They have resolved several very unusual services issues that puzzled and befuddled other dealerships....AND they didn't have to keep my bike for days or weeks. "Started my thirst for Victory at the Tucson Ride Event. There I was greeted by some amazing people. Not once did anybody ask me if I was ready to buy or to go run some numbers. This is what impressed me most. That was the day I started saving for my Victory. When the time came I went to my local Dealer (Tucson AZ) and was again greeted by an amazing lady, Nita. This woman knows her stuff, originally I was looking at the Vegas however thanks to some real legitimate observations by Nita, I bought the Hammer. Things like my height, the roads in Tucson etc were mentioned by Nita and she had me get on the Hammer to compare. She again never asked me if I was ready or pressured me in any way to purchase this machine, but if your reading this and own one of these bikes, you know they sell themselves. Once we did start speaking about a purchase, she was awesome in helping me with accessories and modifications to the bike in order to make it mine. This being a large purchase, I will admit I have been real picky about little things I see or hear while riding it. Each and every time I call with a questions I get a real answer, never a question that my concern was taken care of at the end of the call. I would recommend this dealer, this bike, and this entire team to anyone that asks. Now Im looking to get involved in the Victory Riders Group and enjoy this unbelievable machine of mine. "My process to buy a motorcycle started months ago, window shopping and doing the different motorcycle "ride events". Although I was not familiar with Victory, I was very impressed with my test ride. I began to think that the "If you ride one, you'll own one" statement just might be true, I visited a couple of dealerships in the Phoenix area that sell Victories and eventually ended up at Arizona Victory. Immediately, I noticed an obvious difference, a much larger selection of Victory motorcycles. Next, I met the Manager. He explained the Victory motorcycles in detail, to my understanding. In my decision to purchase a motorcycle, I needed to process through a lot of information, one of which was if a Victory motorcycle was my best choice. Never in my "several" visits to the Arizona Victory dealership did they put "sales pressure" on me to rush my decision, I appreciated that, On the third visit, just so happens that one of my old friends that I had not seen in years pulled in on his 2010 Victory Cross Country. I did not even know that he had a motorcycle. I was able to speak with him and get his TRUE experience and opinion about his motorcycle and Arizona Victory. My friend was 100% satisfied with his motorcycle and with Arizona Victory. That gave me a GREAT piece-of-mind! I made the decision to purchase a 2012 Cross Country Tour and I love it. They were a pleasure to work with. I took advantage of some of the sale incentives that were in place which made the purchase even more attractive. I was able to add some nice upgrades and chrome the bike up even more and they included Arizona Slammers, lets just say, my new bike makes heads turn. "

"As a Police Motor Officer, I spend all day on a Harley Davidson Electra Glide. When it came to buy my own motor a friend suggested that I look at the Victory line. I used the Internet to find comparative studies between Victory and HD. Outside of what the motor gurus were saying, I came across the videos hosted by Mike Schultz, comparing the engines and transmissions between these bikes, and was totally amazed and impressed on how the engineering of the Victory was far better than the HD, in all aspects. Mr. Schultz, your video was extremely informative and pretty much convinced me that "Victory" was the choice to make. After my test ride, back here in MI, it was a "no brainer". "First let me say, if you are going to by a bike, buy a Victory, and buy it from Arizona Victory!! When I walked in they greeted me with a straight up and friendly attitude, asked me what I was looking for (Cross Country) and showed me the rather large selection (other dealers in town didnt have much to look at). They answered all of my questions, showed me around the shop, and didnt act like I was wasting their time. Their obvious knoledge of the product, and extensive experience with motorcycles was impressive! Needless to say, I was back in 2 days and bought the bike. They got the extras put on quickly and helped me get the other goodies on order. "This is a big thank you to Arizona Victory Phoenix!!! On 5/20/11 I was involved in an accident on my Cross Country. I knew I did not want it towed to some yard, so the first call I made was to Arizona Victory Phoenix, Sergio answered and put me through first to service and then to the manager. They told me he was leaving immediately with the trailer to get my bike. HE WAS THERE BEFORE THE POLICE!!!! I am amazed at the service beyond that I get from these guys. When we arrived at the shop they told me he would help me get back on the road. I would also like to take this space to recommend Progressive Insurance. I had the wreck on a 5/20/11, they made the visit to Arizona Victory on 5/23/11 and on 5/24/11 they authorized the repair of my bike!!!! For me this is an amazing experience. "I had an '08 Kingpin when I first visited Arizona Victory and the crew up in Cave Creek. Even though I had purchsed the bike in Canada, Phoenix Victory treated my bike and I like one of the family from the very beginning. That first impression lingered and the follow up treatment convinced me to purchase some aftermarket parts for it at the Phoenix store and get the bike serviced on a few occasions since I first walked in the door in late 2008. In fact, the store up in Calgary could take a few pointers from you folks. In December 2010, my wife secretly conspired with them, to put together a most unique 2011 Cross Roads bike for a Christmas present. :) The entire experience was so awesome, a terrific surprise and made more special by the hard work. They have always been very personable and they provided excellent service by installing the extras I wanted on the bike. Sergio made sure I got the right parts, as he always does. "I have been riding since I was 11 years old in 1955. Started out on a Vespa scooter then moved up to a Honda Big Bear Scrambler in 1966. Started racing motocross in 1968; first on a Yamaha DT-1 with motocross kit and Koni shocks. Purchased a 1970 Triumph Bonneville in Kodiak, Alaska in August 1970 and rode it from Seward, Alaska down the Alcan to Vancouver, British Columbia with a 2 week stop in Whitehorse, Yukon (met female medical student). Ultimately ended up in Aspen, Colorado for the winter. After returning to Birmingham, Alabama, I bought an Ossa 250 and raced it for one year before I got a southeast regional factory ride with Maico. Injured in 1974. That plus first born child cut back on my motorcycling pretty severely until 2003. I put 160,000 miles on two BMW's (2002 R1150RT and 1992 K75 /2) between 2003 and 2010. And I got hooked on Ironbutt style competitive long distance rallies (unrelated to the traditional solo or group documented distance rides such as the Saddle Sore 1000, Bun Bunner Gold (1,500 plus miles in less than 24 hours). I have done several documented Saddle Sore 1000's and one documented Bun Burner Gold plus many undocumented 1,250 mile or longer days in the saddle. When I first saw Andy Mills riding a Victory Vision in the 2007 Ironbutt Rally (IBR), I thought it was the ugliest motorcycle I had ever seen except for the Honda Rune, but time changes everything. Andy told me how comfortable it was and how reliable it was and that it had the best weather protection of any motorcycle on the market, so I test rode a Victory Vision in Elkhorn, Wisconsin last July and again at Arizona Victory in early December. Everything Andy Mills had told me proved to be true and more!!! My 2011 Victory Vision is better than any BMW I have ridden and I have ridden them all (at least every new model since 2002) and a few dating back to 1969. The 2011 Victory Vision reminds me of the pro football scouting reports on Joe Namath when he was a senior at the University of Alabama in 1963 - 1964 ... simply The BEST."

"While I was on a project in Tucson my sister and brother-in-law introduced me to some of their friends who rode Victory bikes (yes there were 3 in their garage). Their stories and enthusiasm for the Victory made me go check out the Victory dealer for myself. I am a new rider and had no knowledge of Victory, at the time I was only looking at Harley. When I sat on the Vegas Low I was hooked, the bike fit my 5'0' frame and it was well balanced. After the purchase Mike and Nita (at the Tucson location) were awesome, they hooked me up with a trainer so I could get some one on one tutoring which helped build my confidence. They provided me with a little loaner bike so I could practice anytime we were making mods to my bike...We made a few other changes to the bike, like adding a wind screen, floor boards, moving the shift and brake petals back for easier reach and of course the best was adding the Slammers! The biggest change we made was moving the side stand back about 7 inches so I could easily reach it. Thanks to the coordination with TAG Engineering it all got done and it is both functional and beautiful! I love my Victory! Mike and Nita are great! I have told everyone that asks about my bike where I got it and the great experience I had in Tucson at the Victory dealer!"

"I am an elated new owner of a Kingpin Low. I can honestly say that one of the biggest contributing factors to my chosing a Victory motorcycle is our numerous conversations with the folks at AZ Victory in Phoenix. "I found you guys by luck on the internet. I'm new to this sport and had been all over the Valley looking at bikes and talking to people before I came to your shop. I was surprised at how your shop- specifically was the only one that actually took the time to talk to me about riding, and various options for a first time bike. I used to ride my 2004 Kingpin to Tucson to get my bike serviced by an honest dealer. " I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Nita, Mike and the crew at the Tucson dealership of Arizona Victory. My brother, a friend of ours and myself made a trip out to Arizona this past weekend (Nov 6-8 2009) and had one hell of time at the shop. I was in the market for a 2008-2010 Victory Vegas Jackpot and after many months of searching the web I found the one I wanted in Tucson. From the beginning Mike, answered every question within a timely manner (actually inside a 24 hour time period) and with an awesome level of courtesy and professionalism. You all know how pushy other sales people can be or uninterested if you simply tell them that you are in the market but have some general questions. Not the case with the crew in Tucson, these guys and gal rock when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! When we arrived at the shop on Saturday, Nita came outside and greeted us with a warm hello; ask us how are trip had been and then pointed to a pair bikes. In the parking lot sat an Orange Crush Jackpot and a Boardwalk Blue Vegas Low and asked us if we wanted to demo ride first or look around the shop? We choose to look around the shop and I was more interested in looking at my future bike first hand. Nita informed me that Mike and the guys had taken the bike to a show in Phoenix and that they would be back later in the evening. But that we could come by Sunday morning (even though they had an organized ride event at 11am) and look at the bike before any showed up. After filling out the initial paperwork and calling both my financial advisor (my wife) and the bank for approval on the loan; Nita called Mike in Phoenix to inform him he needed to hang a SOLD sign on the bike (apparently there were some on lookers who were interested; snooze you lose). We then headed out on our demo ride toward a lookout point off of Speedway Ave; my brother having never ridden a BIG cruiser before was a little shaky when we pulled into the turnaround point (it was a steep upgraded parking lot). So, we elected to turn around in the parking lot of Old Tucson. When we got there the fuel light came on, on the Low so we called the dealership. We thought they might give us a little flak about going further then what they had told us; but nothing was said and they had a guy come out and give us some fuel. This is service like nothing I have ever experienced; and probably never will from any other retailer! Anyways, we got back to the shop dropped off the bikes and said our goodbyes for the day. Sunday rolled around, and the guys and I showed up at the shop around 9:30; first that was offered was a cup of coffee. We then sort of got our own private little tour of the back of the shop and walked outside. Let me tell you; the Victory custom SNAKE Hammer has to be seen in person because the pictures on the site don�t do it justice. This bike is awesome looking up close, and so was the 2008 KEWMETAL Vegas Jackpot that I was now the proud owner of. Nita told me to sit on the bike and crank her over; I knew right then and there I was in love and had made the right choice. "Mike, About a year and a half ago, you guys ported/polished/flowed the heads on my S&S 106 �05 Ness Vegas. The motor was assembled by the Victory shop here in Tulsa, OK. I ran it at the drags last month and ran 11.81 at 107mph with a 1.67 sixty footer. I recently changed the pipe and ran it again on the dyno. It pulled 130 horse power with 132 foot pounds of torque. I did a short couple hundred mile ride Sunday on the V2K, the roll ons in the top three gears were awesome (must have added an inch or more to my arm length :-) ). The roads were too crowded to really let 'er rip but I did see triple digits for a couple of brief moments. My fuel burn was back over 40 mpg up from the less that 30 before you'll did your magic. "I bought A 2006 Vegas Jackpot from another dealer in March of 08 and the bike was a disaster from the start. I tried to get if fixed there and they were not honest with me. They said they gave me an oil change and never did. The Dealer said my heads were bad. I was frustrated so I went to Arizona Victory in Phoenix and when I got there I explained what the problem was to Royce. Royce and Methius took great care of me. They diagnosed my bike and realized I had only 2 quarts of oil in it and it needed to be remapped. Victory of Phoenix changed the oil and put in the correct amount of oil 5 quarts. All the issues I was having all went away after bringing it to Arizona Victory. I would continue to buy bikes and accessories from Arizona Victory. These guy's ROCK because they care about their customers and take care of them. Since Saturday my Bike has ran great with NOT ONE issue. I wasn't offered a multitude of after market products and plans that would increase my monthly payments. The Finance Guy (sorry can't remember his name) made one suggestion that was for my financial benefit. His suggestion was to purchase the 5 year maintenance plan which in the end was cheaper then paying for indivudal services out of pocket. "Since 40 years I wanted a Harely. Now at age 47, I finally decided to get one together with my son Chris. However, I have read great things about Victorys so I thought it can't hurt to check them out. When I first came into the Arizona-Victory Tucson store I was looking for a single bike that would fit my son's and my own taste. Woody spent several hours showing me every bike and patienly answering every question - without putting the usual sales pitch on that is so common in other dealerships. A month later I came back to the Arizona Victory store with my son Chris to see if he'd like a Victory at all. He immediately liked the Vegas 8-Ball and after he saw what you can do to it (add black Ness pipes, ape hangers etc) he was sold. I kinda liked the Jackpots so Rain gave me a 07 Arlen Ness Jackpot for a test ride and said: "Go straight out on Speedway to Gates Pass and beyond. Don't worry about the time - take it as long as you like. Ride the Bike as if you stole it!". That was an awesome ride - and I was sold. If you are thinking of buying a Harley, treat yourself to a test-ride at Victory's and you can forget everything you read about these two brands - you'll experience the difference first hand (well - the Tucson Harely store doesn't do test rides for 'insurance' reasons. You have to RENT one to test Harleys in Tucson ...). After the test-ride we went home to digest everything we learned that day and discuss our options. We knew then that we'd like to have TWO bikes but it just didn't seem financially practical. The next day Rain, and the finance guy (whose name I forgot - sorry) spent literally 5-6 hours to work out the financing details for various bike-combination options and they had uncountable conversations on the phone with the fincancing company to come up with some 'creative ways' to work out a special 2-bike deal and keep the interests low. Above all, the store owner Mike knocked some off an 07 Jackpot so I could go with my dream bike and not my second choice (the 8-Ball). BOTTOM LINE: The high standards for quality and excellence that the Polaris/Victory company is known for, fully transpires to each team member at the Arizona Victory dealership. "Mike Schultz (owner of Arizona Victory) is always great to work with, and he's at all the bike nights! I recently took my 04 Vegas in for some service work, and because it was going to take a few hours, Jake Smith (Customer Service) asked me if I wanted to go on a demo ride with some other folks; I jumped at the offer. Jake had us take out a 07 Arlen Ness Jackpot, 07 Hammer, 07 Vegas, and 07 Kingpin (full bagger, with boards), and all had Stage I performance kits installed. Since I own a 92ci, 5-speed, Stage I Vegas, Dyno'd at 89HP and 89ft pounds torque at the wheel (Mike Schultz has the spreadsheet to prove it!), I wanted to feel the difference between the 92ci and 100ci for myself but, to say I was impressed is an understatement. The most impressive aspect was the wider power band the 100ci has over the 92ci! I love the feel and SOUND (very throaty Prostock sound) of my 92ci however, the 100ci definitely has the advantage, and riding with Jake allowed me to really wring out the new 100ci 6-speed, THANKS JAKE!! The guys at Arizona Victory will get you on the right bike - thanks to everyone at Arizona Victory, you're the BEST!!!!"

"On Tuesday May 22 I came in for a test drive which I had scheduled online. The test drive (which I expected to be a couple of laps arounnd the block) became more of a full product demo. I was joined by 2 other customers as well as Jake. With each of us on a different model the four of us were on the road. Jake's efforts in taking us on a no pressure and thoughrough ride allowed each of us to demo all the models (Vegas, Jackpot, Hammer, Kingpin) exceeded any and all expectations I may have had. While I'm still torn between the Hammer and Vegas I can easily say that each bike was given a fair shake thus making a future purchase decision all the less stressful. Apart from the demo (in which the product can virtually sell itself) I was very impressed with the information shared with me regarding the specs and advantages/disadvatages of each model in relation to my riding style. While the majority of my time was spent with Jake (and he covered everything) I must make mention of Woody, who acted as a follow-up to Jake and my overall experience. Both of these men were friendly (something AZ Victory has been consistent in with my previous visits), knowledgable and without question an asset to your dealership and the Victory brand altogether. Finally, I think I've made a couple of new friends in the other customers who were on the demo. Overall I would rate my experience with 10 stars out of 5 or if you prefer 5 stars x2. In short...BRAVO!!!!!"

We went to another shop known as an American M/C and were not even aknowledged. They lost a potential sale and life time customer. My Vegas broke down in the desert on the trip of a lifetime, I'm from Minneapolis,MN and started out in Las Vegas via Cal. on my way to lake Havasu and then back to Vegas on the way to Tucson,stopped for gas,went to start the bike and nothing?checked the kill switch,fuse's,relays and still nothing?so I pulled the tank checked the wires under and and found the wire that powers the fule pump was shorted out (open circut) I managed to get the pump to work and made it to Tucson! Called Tucson Victory first thing in the morning,explaind the situation to Matt Zubicki and said bring it in we'll get you back on the road and back on the road they did!! These guy's were great,fixed the fule pump in under 2 hours(glad I had that warranty),gave me a great deal on a new jacket and even washed a cup so I could have a fresh cup of coffee!! Thanks Guy's!!!! If your ever up in Minnesota visit WARNER OUTDOOR VICTORY in Bloomington,Mn and say Scott sent ya! Well we put 1900 miles on by the end of the trip,and what a trip!!
